Extremely Simple to Operate

To insert a battery in the Speech-Aid, unscrew the base plate (counter-clockwise) and insert battery so the side with a plus sign is against the spring on the base plate. Lightly press the head of the ROMET Speech-Aid to your neck, press the head of the push-button to make the membrane vibrate, and move your mouth as if you were normally speaking.

The ROMET Speech-Aid is equipped with a volume control and a pitch control (see illustration). The highest volume is obtained by turning the volume control clockwise. A high pitch is obtained by turning the pitch control counter­clockwise. (The highest pitch is better obtained at a low volume.)
