Guarantee

The ROMET Speech Aid is fully GUARANTEED FOR 10 YEARS from the date of purchase. Should the device be sent back to ROMET during the time covered by the guarantee, it will be repaired or exchanged with a new device free of charge. The charging unit and batteries are not covered by the guarantee. Those devices that have been damaged by the user's negligence, such as dropping the device, or exposing the device to heat or dampness, will automatically lose the guarantee of free repair. The loss of the guarantee will also occur when any repairs are attempted by unauthorized persons.
