The ROMET Speech-Aid is one of the smallest electronic larynx's in the world. It is approximately 9 cm (3 3/4") long and 2.5 cm (1") in diameter, and weighs only 150 gm (5 oz.). It is equipped with a completely transistorized electronic circuit having the following advantages:
