FAQ
Q. How long will the battery last?
A. Battery life, when used correctly is between one to two years. During normal use, a fully charged battery can last throughout a day. With heavier daily usage, it is not uncommon to require one or more battery changes. For this reason, we suggest additional batteries when ordering.
Q. How long will it take to repair my device if I have an accident and need to send it in for service?
A. Normally, we do not keep any device in need of service more than 48 hours. The majority of times we are able to send it back to you within 24 hours after receiving it.
Q. How much does it cost to have it serviced?
A. Routine check-ups, cleaning and servicing are provided free of charge. Since the device has movable parts which can wear with normal use, it is recommended that an annual servicing schedule be maintained.
Q. How do I file with Medicare or other Insurance agencies?
A. Rometech can file your Medicare and Insurance requests for you.
Q. Can I buy additional batteries from you?
A. Yes, additional batteries are available from Rometech. It is recommended that only the same battery type is used as originally purchased.
